Performance evaluation of undergraduate courses at a Brazilian Federal University

Abstract The study aims to determine the efficiency of undergraduate courses associated with a Brazilian Federal University contributing discussion about performance evaluation models in context Higher Education. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used obtain indexes that reflect ability add knowledge students during academic training period. Therefore, DEA-BCC model applied two different scenarios.
